This grill and frying plate made of solid, fine-grain steel transforms your rocket stove into a powerful cooking and frying surface. The 6 mm thick plate ensures excellent heat distribution and allows for direct frying over the flame – ideal for steaks, fried noodles, vegetables, fish fillets, or seafood. Even fried eggs turn out perfectly with a little practice.

Thanks to its compact size, it fits comfortably in the carrying bag of the Petromax RF33 and is compatible with many other rocket stoves of a similar design – such as the Quechua WoodStove 500 .

Care instructions

Before first use, the plate should be seasoned and sealed with cooking oil. Lightly oil it after each use – this creates a natural patina that acts like a non-stick coating and protects the plate.
