Cleaning: How it works

Let the pan or pot cool, soak it in warm water, and finally remove any burnt-on food with a scraper. Of course, you don't need detergent. Rinse thoroughly again after cleaning. Before putting your cast-iron cookware back in the cupboard, always dry it thoroughly and care for it as usual.
