Ready for use even at low temperatures: The Primus Wintergas!

Liquid gas evaporates less effectively the colder it gets. Primus 'Winter Gas' solves this problem and improves performance at temperatures down to -22°C. After 60 minutes of cooking time, a 'Winter Gas' cartridge delivers approximately 9% more power than a conventional cartridge. After 120 minutes, the performance advantage increases to 15%.

This is achieved with the vapor mesh built into the cartridge. A simple yet effective invention inside the cartridge: The vapor mesh is made of absorbent paper and increases the surface area for the evaporation process. This allows the liquefied gas to change its state from liquid to gas more effectively and quickly.
